About Ken Nevar

Ken Nevar was born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area and is a proud alumnus of Miami University, where he earned a B.A. in Chemistry. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and was honored as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honors society and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. For 32 years, Ken built a successful career as a business owner and practicing dentist in Willoughby, Ohio.

 

Since the early 1980s, Ken has been visiting Naples, Florida, to spend time with his parents and quickly fell in love with the area. In 2005, he became a property owner in Fiddler's Creek, where he has enjoyed the beautiful community and resort lifestyle.

Ken is passionate about an active lifestyle, enjoying sports, outdoor activities, traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends. Through building strong connections in Naples and the surrounding areas, he has found his career in real estate to be extremely rewarding. His dedication to the community and helping others find their dream homes makes this work both fulfilling and meaningful.
